Update from Sri Lanka - Day Two:


Lancashire made 134-1 in 24 overs and declared with a lead of 305 runs as they drew their match against a Sri Lankan Navy team in Colombo. 

Their opponents made 90-2 in 15 overs before the match was drawn. Luis Reece claimed 1 for 28 and Luke Procter 1 for 24.
Paul Horton was bowled for 32, Alex Davies - who on this occasion opened with Horton - retired at tea on 35. Vice-captain Steven Croft finished unbeaten on 41 and Luis Reece made 24 not out.

Lancashire will be playing against the same team in a 50-over match on Saturday starting at 10am local time (4.30am UK time).

Lancashire were on 69/0 at tea in their second innings with a lead of 240 after they made 371-3 declared in their first innings.

Sri Lanka navy started the day on 48-2 after 12 overs. Bailey and Jarvis had already taken a wicket a piece and by lunch on Day Two, Lancashire had reduced the opposition to 175/7.

Sri Lankan navy reached 136/5 after 30 overs, but then the innings fell apart as Kerrigan's introduction helped to remove Leelarathan and Sandamal. 

It didn't take very long to take the three remaining wickets as Jarvis and Edwards finished with three wickets each. Although the first two batsmen are unknown, the fall of wickets thereafter is as follows:

(4) Hasaranga bowled Edwards 0
(5) Silva bowled Edwards 33. 93 for 5.
(6) Eranda lbw Bailey 23. 139/6.  Bailey (2 for 27).
(7) Leelarathna caught Davies bowled Kerrigan 34. 169/7.
(8) Sandamal caught Edwards bowled Kerrigan 29. 180/8
(9) Madushanka LBW Edwards 2. 183/9
(10) Malan caught Smith bowled Jarvis 6 at second slip.

200 all out from 37 overs.
